matchie does not have a return policy. Exchanges is only applicable for incorrect items and must be communicated to us via within 7 days upon delivery of items. Postage charges will be refunded via bank transfer. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact. Kindly mail the incorrect item back to us via registered mail or obtain a copy of Certificate of Posting (COP) at the post office. Exchange is only applicable for same item ordered. However, if the item is not available, shoppers will be allowed to make an exchange to another item. Strictly no cash refunds is permitted.
